As you know the resort collections can be seen as the forecast of the trends for next summer that let me anounces with joy that pink and tropical prints are gonna be big. From all the collections Givenchy is one of my favourites, loving the dark side of the tropical prints , in love with the Preen black/flower dresses with fluor pink collabs and last, to say thanks to Puglisi for make a collection all around the palm tree print.

Most of the designers presented collections for this Autumn/Winter following two different but very close in spirit trends, Punk and Grunge.
The grunge trend had been leadered by Saint Laurent with a fully collection inspired on the grunge queen, Courtney Love; other designers as Jeremy Scott, Moschino, Givenchy or Junya Watanabe, for name a couple of them, presented suits, skirts or dresses on tartan motives.
Versace's collection is full of chains , spikes, leather and dark make-up but in a very refined way winnig the nickname of "Vunk".
Karl Lagerfeld follows as well the trend in his collections for Chanel and Fendi presenting a stylish and grown-up punk woman.
Other designers like Rodarte or  Prabal Gurung decided to introduce some little references to punk on their collections creating some of the most desirables complements of the season.

on the THREE FLOOR

The London based brand Three Floor offers for this season a very affordable collection of dresses for around 100 pounds. The prices are really low for a collection that resembles more like high-fashion so it really worths to give it a try.
